Description

Inspired by the traditional flavors of Naples, our Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar is a savory, zesty condiment blending classic Italian herbs with aged dark balsamic. Rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic and sage infuse this balsamic, imparting an herbaceous backbone that’s balanced by mellow acidity. Made in Modena, Italy using the Solera method and free from caramel color or added sugar, this bold vinegar shines in salads, marinades and barbecue dishes, adding depth and complexity to your cooking.
