Cancellation policy

We get it—sometimes you change your mind! For online orders, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet shipped or been prepared for pickup, we’ll gladly cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges if eligible. Please reach out to us at support@shopevoo.com or give us a call for assistance.
