Cooking With Fused Oils

Start With a Flavor You Love

Lemon Premium Olive Oil is the easiest place to begin. Drizzle it over fish, roasted asparagus or a warm grain salad, or whisk it into a vinaigrette.

Rosemary Premium Olive Oil belongs on potatoes and bread. Baklouti Pepper Premium Olive Oil brings real heat, so start with a few drops.

Pair and Bake

Lemon oil with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic makes a dressing that tastes like sunshine. Rosemary oil with Traditional Dark Balsamic is a classic for bread dipping.

For baking, pick a recipe that already calls for oil and swap in Lemon oil. Your cakes and muffins will thank you.

Fused Olive Oil FAQs

How is fused different from infused?

Fused oils get their flavor at the mill, when olives are crushed together with ingredients such as fruit, herbs or peppers. Infused oils are flavored after the olive oil is made.

Is every fused oil spicy?

No. Only the Baklouti Pepper brings heat. The lemon and rosemary oils are bright and fragrant.

Can I use them for dipping?

Yes! Pour a little into a shallow dish, add a splash of balsamic and serve with warm bread.
