If you'r reading this, trust your instincts and buy it. The fig flavor doesn't mask the traditional balsamic vinegar flavor at all. Instead, it adds a just hint of sweetness. Add this to a caprese salad or homemade oil & vinegar dressing and your guests will wonder what you did to oomph up the dish.

Different, never before had olives that were lemon infused, I wanted to give them 4.5 stars but unable to do so.

Combined with the Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar...

High Antioxidants make this one of my favorites! Not only is the high polyphenol content incredibly healthy, but the flavor is also fantastic. It has a beautifully robust, bright green taste with a nice peppery kick and a smooth finish. Highly recommend!
