- Side Dishes & Sauces – Stir into homemade cranberry sauces or fruit compotes, or glaze butternut squash and sweet potatoes for a festive side.
- Drinks & Cocktails – Add to sparkling wine, cider or ginger beer for a holiday spritz; mix into margaritas or mules for a bright cranberry‑pear twist.
- Desserts & Fruit – Drizzle over baked brie, panna cotta or cheesecake; use in gelatin desserts or on fresh fruit salad.
Perfect Pairings
This rosy balsamic pairs beautifully with citrus and herb oils. Match it with Lemon, Persian Lime or Tuscan Herb Olive Oil for lively dressings and marinades, or blend with Blood Orange, Basil, Walnut or Almond Oil for a nutty, complex finish. It’s also delightful with wild mushroom & sage oil for savory dishes, or stirred into sparkling water for an easy shrub.

This is such a wonderful way to brighten up dishes, especially salads! Love it!
The Little Shop's flavored vinegars are my go-to for my salads. So many great ones, though Cranberry Pear is my favorite.
I used in on Trader Joe's Orzo salad and it's also excellent on goat cheese. I alternate between the Cranberry Pear and Pomegranate Quince. I added a cranberry pear drizzle to Thanksgiving stuffing to brighten it up and add a hint of cranberry. Delicious!
That sound delicious!
LOVE this balsamic vinaigrette! And combined 50/50 with Persian Lime olive oil is a superb salad dressing -- either on mixed greens or power greens! Throw on some chunks of goat cheese and some fresh blueberries and you have a beautiful and delicious salad to serve to company (EVERYone raves about it!)
I absolutely love this vinegar! I use it on salads along with Oliana Olive oil. No more bottled dressings for me.
In addition, I love the Peach and the Pineapple white vinegars too!
