🍅 The Caprese Everyone Is Craving Right Now

Why Simple + Premium Olive Oil Is the Trend of the Season
There’s something magical happening in food right now — we’re going back to simple.
After years of complicated recipes and over-the-top ingredients, people are craving clean flavors, fewer ingredients, and real quality. And nothing captures that better than a classic Caprese Salad.
Fresh mozzarella. Sun-ripened tomatoes. Fragrant basil.
And the star of the show? A bold, fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The reason Caprese is trending again is simple: when ingredients are this fresh, you don’t need much. But what you do use matters. A vibrant, peppery olive oil transforms this dish from ordinary to unforgettable.
At The Little Shop of Olive Oils, we always say — if a recipe only has five ingredients, every single one needs to shine.

It’s fresh, light, and full of flavor, proving that when ingredients are this good, you don’t need much else.
