Summer Garden Salad with White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Summer Garden Salad with White Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

This Summer Garden Salad is fresh, colorful, and exactly the kind of recipe that feels right for warm, sunny days. It’s full of crisp greens, creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, radishes, and fresh herbs—all tossed together with a simple homemade vinaigrette.

What makes this salad really shine is our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic. It adds a bright, citrusy sweetness to the vinaigrette that keeps everything light, fresh, and beautifully balanced. Paired with good olive oil, a touch of Dijon, and a little honey, it turns everyday greens into something that feels special without any fuss.

It’s easy enough for lunch, pretty enough for entertaining, and perfect alongside grilled chicken, seafood, pasta, or anything coming off the grill.
