Strawberry Spinach Salad with Basil & Pomegranate-Quince Dressing
Share
There are some recipes that just feel fresh the moment you look at them — and this is one of those.
Juicy strawberries, tender baby spinach, creamy feta, and toasted sesame seeds… it’s simple, but when you drizzle it with our Basil Olive Oil and Pomegranate-Quince White Balsamic, something really special happens.
The basil oil brings that soft, garden-fresh flavor. The Pomegranate-Quince Balsamic adds a gentle sweetness with just enough brightness to balance the berries. Add a little fresh basil, garlic, and lemon juice, and you have a dressing that tastes like summer in a bowl.
This is the kind of salad I love serving when:
- Friends stop by unexpectedly
- We’re grilling on the patio
- Or I just want something beautiful and light
It pairs perfectly with grilled chicken (especially our Pomegranate-Quince Grilled Chicken), salmon, or even just a warm baguette dipped in olive oil.
And here’s the key — dress it right before serving. Spinach is delicate, and we want it vibrant, not wilted.
Fresh. Colorful. Balanced.
The way good food should make you feel.
