If you’re looking for an easy appetizer that feels fresh, pretty, and just right for spring and summer, this Strawberry Crostini is such a lovely one to make. It’s simple to put together, beautiful on the table, and has that perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and savory in every bite.
For this recipe, I paired our Franklin Raw Honey with fresh strawberries, creamy brie, and a light drizzle of Traditional Dark Balsamic. The honey adds a soft natural sweetness, while the balsamic brings just enough richness and brightness to make everything come together so nicely.
This is the kind of little bite that works well for brunch, showers, Mother’s Day, wine nights, or anytime you want something easy that still feels thoughtful. It looks special without taking much effort, which is always my favorite kind of recipe.
