Herbed Brie & Prosciutto Crostini

Herbed Brie & Prosciutto Crostini at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

This Herbed Brie & Prosciutto Crostini is one of those appetizers that feels elegant without being fussy. It is warm, savory, and just rich enough to feel special, with crisp toasted bread, creamy melted Brie, and delicate prosciutto layered right on top.

What makes it especially good is the use of Herbes de Provence Olive Oil. It adds a soft herb flavor that works beautifully with the buttery Brie and the salty prosciutto. It is a simple touch, but it brings everything together in such a lovely way.
