  • 4 thick slices artisan sourdough bread
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 Valencia orange, segmented
  • 1 blood orange, segmented
  • 1 grapefruit, segmented
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Franklin Raw Honey
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Directions
