Caprese Appetizer Skewers

Ingredients

  • 12 cherry tomatoes

  • 12 mozzarella pearls

  • 12 fresh basil leaves

  • 1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 12 small appetizer skewers or toothpicks

Directions

  1. Gently pat the mozzarella pearls dry so the skewers stay fresh and neat.

  2. On each skewer, thread one cherry tomato, one folded basil leaf, and one mozzarella pearl.

  3. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
