Ingredients
-
1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
-
8–10 slices bacon
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
-
1 tsp Franklin Raw Honey, optional

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Divide asparagus into small bundles of 3–4 spears.
Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Lightly brush asparagus tips with olive oil and season with cracked black pepper.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and asparagus is tender.
While the bundles roast, warm Traditional Balsamic in a small saucepan over low heat for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Franklin Raw Honey if using.
Drizzle the balsamic over the bacon wrapped asparagus just before serving.
