Subscribe & Save Policy

The Little Shop of Olive Oils Subscribe & Save program makes it easy to keep your favorite flavors on hand while enjoying automatic savings.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription Options

Customers may select one of the following delivery schedules:

Every month: Save 12% on each subscription order.
Every two months: Save 12% on each subscription order.
Every three months: Save 12% on each subscription order.

The applicable discount will be automatically applied to qualifying subscription products. Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, rewards, promotions, or special offers unless otherwise stated.

Eligible Products

The Subscribe & Save program is initially available for select products and flavors.

Available products may be added, removed, replaced, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

Automatic Renewal and Payment

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize The Little Shop of Olive Oils and its payment-processing partners to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

The price charged will be the current price of the product at the time the subscription order is processed, less the applicable subscription discount.

You are responsible for keeping your payment, billing, shipping, and contact information current.

Modifying Your Subscription

Depending on the options available in your customer account, you may be able to:

Change an eligible product or flavor
Adjust the quantity
Change your delivery frequency
Update your shipping address or payment method
Skip an upcoming order
Cancel your subscription

Please request changes at least three business days before your next scheduled order. Once an order has been processed, charged, or prepared for shipment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

Cancellation

There is no long-term commitment or minimum number of required orders. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders. It does not cancel, refund, or modify an order that has already been processed.

The subscription discount is provided in exchange for enrolling in recurring deliveries. We reserve the right to limit future subscription participation in cases of repeated enrollment and immediate cancellation, suspected misuse, fraud, or other activity that appears intended solely to obtain promotional discounts.

Upcoming Order Notifications

We may send emails regarding upcoming subscription orders, payment issues, changes, or cancellations. However, customers are responsible for monitoring their subscription schedule and keeping their email address current.

Failure to receive or open a notification does not automatically cancel an upcoming subscription order or recurring payment.

Product Availability and Substitutions

Subscription products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we may:

Delay the order
Contact you to select another eligible flavor
Skip the unavailable product
Cancel and refund the affected item

We will not substitute a different flavor without your permission.

Pricing and Discount Changes

Product prices, shipping rates, taxes, available flavors, subscription discounts, and program terms may change.

When required, we will provide notice before a material change applies to a future subscription order. Continuing the subscription after the effective date of a notified change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Shipping, Returns, and Damaged Products

Subscription orders are also subject to our standard shipping, return, refund, and damaged-product policies.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be displayed during enrollment or calculated when each recurring order is processed.

Ending or Suspending the Program

The Little Shop of Olive Oils reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Subscribe & Save program or an individual subscription when reasonably necessary, including for product availability, technical issues, payment problems, suspected misuse, or program changes.

Customers will not be charged for subscription orders that are canceled before processing.
