Our Coziest Favorite
If there’s one soup that everyone asks for again and again, it’s this Greek Lemon Chicken & Orzo Soup. It’s bright, cozy, and so comforting — truly like a warm hug in a bowl.
I love how it’s light yet satisfying, with tender chicken, orzo, fresh spinach, and that perfect zing of lemon. Every spoonful feels homemade and special, which is why it’s become such a favorite around here.
And the best part? It’s one of those recipes that’s just as easy to whip up for a weeknight dinner as it is to serve to company. Make a big batch — it disappears fast — and don’t be surprised when everyone asks for the recipe.
Next time you need a feel-good dinner, try this one. I promise it will warm you up and put a smile on your face.
Happy cooking!

This was absolutely delicious. The best soup I’ve ever made. I’m thinking I would add orzo after it’s cooked since it absorbed a lot of the liquid. So easy to follow the recipe. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
Looks delicious please send the recipe 🥰
Love it it is a gift from heaven thank you so much
This a soup that one of my nurses at dialysis makes. She describes it to me so I had to look it up. I will be making this
Delicious, but I would not classify it as “soup” – more like an over-moist casserole. Maybe by adding 4 more cups of chicken broth? Anybody?
What is EVOO ?
Nutritional breakdown?
This soup was fantastic. Reminds me of Avgolemono soup, which I order every time I’m not feeling well. We both really enjoyed.
Anxious to make this soup.
Pucker up. This is VERY lemony
