Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe peaches diced
- 1/2 red onion finely diced (use less if based on your taste)
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 Tbsp Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- 1-2 Tbsp cilantro minced
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
