Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
Celebrate summer flavor all year long with our Peach White Balsamic Vinegar. Made in Modena, Italy from an aged white balsamic base of Trebbiano grape must blended with naturally fermented peach juice, this crisp condiment keeps its pale, golden color because it is never caramelized. The result is a sweet yet tangy vinegar that tastes like ripe peaches and honey with a clean acidic finish. Free of caramel coloring, added sugar or thickeners, it lets the peach essence shine and adds a burst of fruit to salads, marinades, drinks and desserts.

FAQs
1. What makes this vinegar different from regular balsamic or peach juice?
Unlike dark balsamic, our Peach White Balsamic is made with white grape must and is never caramelized. 2. How should I store it?
Keep the bottle tightly sealed and store in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct heat or sunlight. Use within 12–18 months of opening for the best flavor. Refrigeration is not necessary, but avoid extreme temperature swings.
3. Is Peach White Balsamic healthy?
Each tablespoon (15 mL) contains about 40 calories, 0 g fat, 5 mg sodium and 9 g carbohydrates from natural grape sugars. It has no cholesterol or fat and is vegan, gluten‑free and free of added sugar or thickeners.

I have found my new obsession...the peach balsamic is a slice of heaven. I added it to seltzer water for a refreshing summer treat. I then sprinkled it on my salad and omg...it is amazing!! I then had to try the coconut balsamic and found it blew me away. These balsamics are the best thing I've found...cannot get enough. Totally worth a trip to the store to sample and get ready for a taste bud explosion!!!! SOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!1
So glad you love them...we do!
This balsamic vinegar is a taste of summer peaches all year long! It helps to make the winter drudgery disappear, and it just makes me so happy. I mostly use it as a salad dressing, but it's also great to drizzle over desserts too. It elevates a boring salad to something very special, and makes a simple dessert suddenly seem decadent. The peach flavor is sweet but delicate, and I hope it's never discontinued!

I bought this at a peach orchard in Colorado and it.is.delectable. The peach fragrance/flavor is astounding—think ambrosia. Confession: When I want a treat during the day, I take a small ‘shot’ from a tablespoon. Better than liqueur. It pairs beautifully with fruity or autumn-y salads and also over vanilla ice cream. Best news of all: no added sugar and low sugar even though it tastes intensely sweet (and sour). I give it 12 points out of 10!
Peach is a favorite! Thank you!
This little gem will make your salad so flavorable and deliciously lite.
