Strawberry Basil Salad with Strawberry Basil Vinaigrette
Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 cups of baby spinach or arugula

½ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds or sliced almonds (optional, for crunch)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Vinaigrette:
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the Strawberry Dark Balsamic, Basil Olive Oil, mustard, honey, and salt until smooth and emulsified.
- In a large bowl, gently toss the strawberries, spinach, and basil leaves.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette and top with sesame seeds or almonds. Finish with freshly ground black pepper.
