Brussels Sprout Salad with a Sweet Twist

Brussels Sprout Salad with a Sweet Twist

There’s something extra satisfying about a salad that’s both bright and hearty, and this Brussels Sprout Salad checks all the boxes. Shaved Brussels sprouts bring a crisp crunch that’s perfectly balanced with the sweetness of dried cranberries, creamy feta, and the nutty bite of toasted pine nuts. The real magic, though, comes from our Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil—a pairing that adds a sweet-tart depth and velvety finish that ties everything together beautifully.

This salad is a fresh, festive side dish that feels right at home at your holiday table or as a healthy weekday staple. It’s easy to toss together, travels well, and tastes even better after the flavors mingle. This tasty dish is perfect for sharing, or keeping all to yourself (we won’t tell).
