Homemade Neapolitan Prosciutto Pizza

Homemade Neapolitan Prosciutto Pizza Recipe at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

There is something so special about a homemade pizza night, especially when the pizza feels like it came straight from a cozy little Italian kitchen. This Homemade Neapolitan Prosciutto Pizza is simple, beautiful, and full of fresh flavor with a golden crust, creamy mozzarella, sweet cherry tomatoes, salty prosciutto, fresh basil, and a finishing drizzle of premium olive oil.

The secret to making this pizza taste truly restaurant-worthy is using high-quality ingredients and letting each one shine. A classic Neapolitan-style pizza crust gives you that soft, chewy center with lightly blistered edges, while fresh mozzarella melts into creamy pockets throughout the pizza. The prosciutto adds a delicate savory richness that pairs perfectly with the bright tomatoes and fragrant basil.

Right before serving, a generous drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil or your favorite infused olive oil brings everything together. It adds that smooth, golden finish that makes every bite feel fresh, balanced, and just a little bit luxurious.

This prosciutto pizza is perfect for a weekend dinner, casual entertaining, or a simple summer meal with a crisp salad and a glass of wine. It is easy enough for a relaxed night at home, but pretty enough to serve when friends come over.

If you love gourmet homemade pizza, this one is a must-try. It is rustic, elegant, and full of those simple Italian-inspired flavors we can never get enough of.
