Spring Vinaigrette at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

Spring Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Lemon Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar (Oregano Balsamic works beautifully!)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for a touch of sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (like parsley, thyme, or oregano)
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic, and honey (if using).
  • Slowly drizzle in the Lemon Olive Oil, whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
  • Stir in fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
