Pineapple Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup White Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instruction:

• Combine all the ingredients in a cruet or mason jar and shake till fully emulsified.
• Serve on your favorite salad
