Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of fresh chopped thyme
- 1/4 cup Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Sicilian Balsamic Vinegar
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to your favorite cruet (or container) and shake well. Drizzle on salads, appetizers, and chicken for a light lemony flavor!
