
Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 1 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Oregano White Balsamic
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or ½ tsp dried)
- ½ tsp salt
- Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- Optional: squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a few mint leaves for extra freshness
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in Olive Oil and Balsamic.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve as a dip with pita, a topping for grilled meats, or a sauce for grain bowls.
