Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano White Balsamic
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or ½ tsp dried)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
  • Optional: squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a few mint leaves for extra freshness

Instructions:

  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in Olive Oil and Balsamic.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Serve as a dip with pita, a topping for grilled meats, or a sauce for grain bowls.
