Dipping Delicious! – Your New Go-To Bread Dip
Share
There’s something magical about the moment you break into fresh focaccia, your guests lean in, and everyone dives into the little dish of flavored oil you spooned out. That’s when kitchen simplicity meets serious flavor—and it all begins with good olive oil and a few pantry spices.
At The Little Shop of Olive Oils, we often say the simplest pairings make the biggest impact. This recipe proves it: just a few herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, and premium extra virgin olive oil give you a dip that works for a casual weeknight or a full-blown pasta party.
Here’s what you’ll love about it:
- Fast & Easy: Mix the herbs and garlic, pour in the oil, and you’re set.
- Versatile: Use it for focaccia, crusty bread, grilled veggies, even as a pasta finishing oil.
- Taste of the shop: We picked a top-tier EVOO to let the flavor shine—so your guests will ask where you got it (and you’ll already know).
Serve it warm or at room temperature, bring it out at the start of dinner, and watch it disappear. Ready to dive in? Scroll down for the recipe kit—print it, save it, share it. Your next gathering just got upgraded.
