A creamy, smoky, sweet-heat aioli made with Chipotle Infused Olive Oil, Pineapple White Balsamic, fresh lime juice, and mayonnaise. Perfect as a dip, spread, or drizzle for sandwiches, tacos, fries, and more.
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Chipotle Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Pineapple Balsamic
- 1 small garlic clove, grated or finely minced
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tsp chopped parsley or cilantro for color
Directions
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Chipotle Olive Oil, and Pineapple White Balsamic.
Add lime juice and minced garlic.
Stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Add chopped herbs if using, and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving to let flavors develop.

Add a pinch of smoked paprika for extra depth
