Fresh, Easy, and Oh-So-Good!
If you love recipes that come together in minutes and taste like you fussed for hours, this one’s for you! Our Creamy Chive & Garlic Olive Oil Dressing is packed with bright flavor and a silky texture that’s perfect for salads, as a veggie dip, or even as a tasty spread on sandwiches.
We use fresh chives, a splash of lemon, and a good glug of our Garlic Olive Oil for a delicious savory kick. The result? Super creamy, super herby, and just the right balance of tang and richness.
The best part — you probably already have most of these ingredients on hand. Just mix everything together, let it chill for a bit so the flavors can get to know each other, and you’ve got yourself a versatile, homemade dressing that’s way better than store-bought.
Serve it at your next picnic, pack it for lunch, or keep it in the fridge for up to a week. Trust me — once you try it, you’ll never go back to bottled!
Happy drizzling!

Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes:
This is one of those dressings that I find myself coming back to again and again because it’s so easy and adds so much flavor. The Garlic Olive Oil gives it a really nice savory base, and the fresh chives keep it light and bright. I like to let it sit for a little while before using it so the flavors come together, but it’s just as good made fresh. It’s perfect on salads, but I also love it drizzled over roasted vegetables or even spread on a sandwich when you want something a little different.
