1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the Champagne vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, basil, onion powder, salt, flakes and pepper until well combined.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding honey or sugar if desired for balance.
