Mini pumpkin spice muffins that are soft, spiced, and perfect for fall gatherings or everyday snacking.
Ingredients
- 1 package Pumpkin Spice Party Mix
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp melted butter

2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with melted butter, olive oil, and applesauce.
- Add the muffin mix and stir until just combinedādo not overmix.
- Fill each ungreased mini muffin cup with batter, almost to the top.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a rack.
- Serve warm or cold.
Recipe Note
Classic Crunchy Tops
