Gravenstein Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 6 medium apples (such as Honeycrisp, Cortland, or Gravenstein), peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp Gravenstein Apple Balsamic
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup Butter Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with Gravenstein Apple Balsamic, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Spread evenly in prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt. Drizzle in Butter Olive Oil and stir until crumbly.

  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the apples are bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
