Blueberry Balsamic Yogurt Parfait
Share
This is one of those recipes that feels almost too simple to share — until you taste it.
These yogurt parfaits are my go-to when I want something that feels fresh, balanced, and a little special without being heavy or overly sweet. Creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of our Blueberry Balsamic that pulls everything together in the most unexpected way.
If you’ve never tried balsamic on yogurt, this is your sign. The balsamic adds a gentle tang and natural sweetness that plays beautifully with the fruit and makes the whole thing feel finished — like dessert and breakfast decided to meet in the middle.
I love these for an easy breakfast, a mid-afternoon snack, or even a light dessert when you want something sweet but not over-the-top. They’re pretty enough to serve to guests and easy enough to make on a weekday morning.
Simple ingredients. Beautiful flavor. And proof (once again) that balsamic doesn’t just belong on salads.
