Sparkling Pomegranate-Quince Refresher
Share
There’s something about pomegranate that feels festive… but when you pair it with our Pomegranate-Quince White Balsamic, it becomes something truly memorable.
This Sparkling Pomegranate-Quince Refresher is light, gently sweet, and perfectly balanced. The balsamic adds a subtle fruit depth — not sharp, not overpowering — just smooth and bright. When it mingles with sparkling water and fresh pomegranate arils, you get this gorgeous blush-colored drink that feels special without being complicated.
I love serving this:
- At tastings in the shop
- During holiday gatherings
- As a non-alcoholic option that still feels elegant
- Or simply on a quiet afternoon when I want something refreshing
The tiny bubbles lift the flavor, and the fresh pomegranate seeds add that beautiful pop of color (and texture). It looks impressive in a glass, but it comes together in minutes.
And if you’d like to turn it into a cocktail? A splash of prosecco or vodka works beautifully.
Simple. Fresh. Unexpected.
Just the way we like it.

Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- The balsamic provides natural sweetness, so there’s no need for added sugar.
- For a stronger fruit flavor, lightly muddle a few of the pomegranate seeds before adding sparkling water.
- This is a wonderful option for guests who prefer a non-alcoholic drink that still feels thoughtful and special.
