Sweet Balsamic Glazed Meatballs



  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined but do not overmix to keep the meatballs tender.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. This should yield about 20-24 meatballs.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, strawberry dark balsamic vinegar, local honey, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  • Place the meatballs in the crockpot. Pour the sauce over the meatballs, making sure they are coated evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
