Persian Lime Guac Like a Pro!

Persian Lime Guacamole at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

There are some recipes that don’t need reinventing — they just need really good ingredients.

Guacamole is one of those dishes. It’s simple, fresh, and meant to be shared. But when you finish it with Persian Lime Premium Olive Oil, something special happens. The lime flavor becomes smoother, more rounded, and just a little deeper than lime juice alone.

I like my guacamole slightly chunky — enough texture so you know it’s homemade. The Serrano chiles bring a clean heat, the cilantro keeps it bright, and that final drizzle of Persian Lime Olive Oil ties everything together.

This is the kind of bowl that disappears fast. Perfect for taco night, grilled meats, summer gatherings, or honestly… just tortilla chips and a quiet moment at the counter.

Fresh. Bold. Simple. Just the way it should be.
