Milanese Gremolata Guacamole (A Fresh Take on a Classic)
Share
Guacamole is one of those things that doesn’t need much — just good avocados and a light hand. But every once in a while, a small twist makes it even better.
This version uses Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, and honestly, it just works. The garlic, parsley, and lemon notes bring brightness without overpowering the avocado. It tastes fresh, clean, and balanced — not heavy, not muddled, and definitely not fussy.
I love this guacamole because it feels familiar but a little unexpected. The olive oil adds silkiness, the lemon keeps everything tasting vibrant, and the herbs play beautifully with the cilantro. It’s perfect for chips, spooned onto tacos, spread on toast, or served alongside grilled chicken or fish.
This is one of those recipes where the olive oil isn’t just an add-in — it’s what ties everything together.
