Creamy White Bean Dip (The Kind You’ll Make on Repeat)
Share
This is one of those recipes that quietly steals the show.
It looks simple (because it is), but when you start with good ingredients — especially a really good olive oil — it turns into something people hover around. Creamy, cozy, and just the right amount of rustic, this white bean dip is perfect for easy entertaining, snack boards, or those nights when you want something good without much effort.
The olive oil does the heavy lifting here. A generous drizzle adds richness, body, and that silky finish that makes you go back for “just one more scoop.” Serve it with warm bread, crackers, or crisp veggies and call it a win.
This is exactly the kind of recipe where quality olive oil shines — simple, unfussy, and absolutely worth it.
