INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large 10 oz box of spring mix greens (prewashed)
- 4 Tbsp Ultra White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Ultra Premium EVOO
- Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put vinegar and EVOO at the bottom of a large serving bowl. Whisk
- Top with greens, salt and pepper and toss
Wonderful for topping our Frittata or as a simple side salad.
