Pineapple Salad at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

Pineapple and Feta Salad

Ingredients:

Dressing

Spinach Salad

  • 6 oz. spinach fresh
  • ⅓ cup walnuts (halved or crushed)
  • 8.25 oz Pineapple slices
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions:

  • Add dressing ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk to emulsify
  • Add spinach to a large bowl
  • Toss with the salad dressing
  • Top with nuts, cheese and pineapple
