For the Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Herbes de Provence
- 3 tablespoons Peach White Balsamic
- 1 teaspoon Little Italy Herb blend (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into cruet and shake well.
For the Salad:
Ingredients:
- Spring Mix
- Fresh ripe peaches (sliced)
- Mozzarella (sliced thin)
- Prosciutto slices
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients into a large plate or bowl.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette
