- 3 tablespoons Peach White Balsamic
- 1 teaspoon Little Italy Herb blend (optional)

For the Salad:
Ingredients:
- Spring Mix
- Fresh ripe peaches (sliced)
- Mozzarella (sliced thin)
- Prosciutto slices
Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients to a large plate or bowl.
