Ingredients:
- Good quality mozzarella or burrata cheese cut into slices
- 1 large ripe peach
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Blueberry Aged Dark Balsamic
- 2 tablespoons Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut up the peaches into slices.
- Arrange the peaches, mozzarella, and basil on a platter evenly distributing them.
- Whisk the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the Balsamic Vinegar and drizzle over the platter. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
