Ingredients: 2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced 2 blood oranges, peeled and thinly sliced 1 grapefruit, peeled and thinly sliced 1–2 clementines or mandarins, peeled and segmented A few fresh mint or basil leaves (torn or whole) 1–2 tsp Grapefruit White Balsamic (or use your favorite white balsamic) Instructions: Slice off the tops and bottoms of each fruit, then carefully cut away the peel and pith. Slice it into rounds and remove any seeds. Overlap citrus slices in a circular or fanned pattern on a serving plate. Just before serving, drizzle lightly with Grapefruit Balsamic for a zesty, tangy touch. Top with fresh mint or basil for a burst of color and flavor.
