Citrus Fruit Salad with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 blood oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 12 clementines or mandarins, peeled and segmented
  • A few fresh mint or basil leaves (torn or whole)
  • 12 tsp Grapefruit White Balsamic (or use your favorite white balsamic)

Instructions:

  • Slice off the tops and bottoms of each fruit, then carefully cut away the peel and pith. Slice it into rounds and remove any seeds.
  • Overlap citrus slices in a circular or fanned pattern on a serving plate.
  • Just before serving, drizzle lightly with Grapefruit Balsamic for a zesty, tangy touch.
  • Top with fresh mint or basil for a burst of color and flavor.
