Citrus Fruit Salad with Balsamic Drizzle
Ingredients:
- 2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 blood oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1–2 clementines or mandarins, peeled and segmented
- A few fresh mint or basil leaves (torn or whole)
- 1–2 tsp Grapefruit White Balsamic (or use your favorite white balsamic)
Instructions:
- Slice off the tops and bottoms of each fruit, then carefully cut away the peel and pith. Slice it into rounds and remove any seeds.
- Overlap citrus slices in a circular or fanned pattern on a serving plate.
- Just before serving, drizzle lightly with Grapefruit Balsamic for a zesty, tangy touch.
- Top with fresh mint or basil for a burst of color and flavor.
