Ingredients: 4 lobster tails ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 garlic cloves, minced ½ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon Herb Blend Seasoning  Instructions: Using scissors, cut top of lobster shell lengthwise down the center, leaving tail fin intact. Loosen meat from shell, keeping the fin end attached. Lift meat and lay over shell. With a knife, cut a slit, 1/2 inch deep, down the center of the meat and make sure it is deveined. Ingredients: 1 pound chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes) ½ cup Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or Baklouti if you like it hot!) 1 Tablespoon Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp salt 3/4 cup white wine or beer Microgreens for garnish  Green chili peppers for garnish (sliced thin) Instructions: In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix to coat. Ingredients: 2 lbs Boneless chicken breast (cubed) 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic (less if you want milder version) Pinch of salt and pepper to taste Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
