A warm, golden panini layered with turkey, melted cheese, cranberry sauce, greens, and a drizzle of Cranberry Pear Balsamic — the perfect cozy way to enjoy winter leftovers.
Ingredients
- 4 slices rustic or sourdough bread

2 tbsp Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Butter Olive Oil
- 6–8 slices cooked turkey (leftover or deli-style)
- ¼ cup cranberry sauce
- 2–4 slices cheese (cheddar, provolone, or Swiss work beautifully)
- Small handful of baby greens or microgreens

1–2 tsp Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat a panini press or a large skillet over medium heat.
- Lightly brush one side of each bread slice with EVOO or Butter Olive Oil.
- Place one slice of bread (oil-side down).
- Layer turkey, cheese, cranberry sauce, and greens.
- Drizzle lightly with Cranberry Pear Balsamic.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread (oil-side up).
- Press in a panini maker for 4–6 minutes, or cook in a skillet 3–4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden and the cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm while the edges are perfectly crisp and toasty.
