Ingredients:
- 1 store bought pizza dough
- 2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 oz jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 plum tomato
- ½ cup chopped basil
- ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Garlic, Tuscan, Herbs de Provence...)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 475°
- Prepare dough according to recipe directions
- Spread pizza sauce to desired thickness
- Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with chopped basil
- Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is gooey and golden
- Drizzle with your favorite EVOO for an outstanding flavor!
