Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on optional)

3 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm Garlic Olive Oil.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in butter and lemon juice, and toss until the butter is melted and the shrimp are coated.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
