Fresh, fast, and full of flavor—these shrimp lettuce wraps are the perfect handheld bites for any season. Featuring tender shrimp, crisp veggies, and a zesty Honey Ginger Balsamic dipping sauce made with Garlic Olive Oil, they're light, bright, and totally addictive.
Ingredients
For the Wraps:
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 head Boston or Bibb lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 small cucumber, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
For the Dipping Sauce:

2 tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic

1 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes or sriracha (optional, for heat)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
Directions
If not already cooked, boil or sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through. Let cool slightly.
In a small bowl, whisk together Honey Ginger Balsamic, Garlic Olive Oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and chili flakes. Set aside for dipping.
- Place a lettuce leaf flat on a plate.
- Layer with 1-2 shrimp, avocado slices, cucumber strips, shredded carrot, and cilantro.
- Fold or roll up into a bite-sized wrap.
Serve wraps with the Honey Ginger dipping sauce on the side.
