Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or breasts)

2 tablespoons Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (Traditional or Grapefruit Balsamic both work well)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pat chicken dry and place in a roasting pan or oven-safe skillet.
Drizzle chicken with Olive Oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Nestle lemon slices and fresh herbs around the chicken.
- Roast for 35–40 minutes, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Remove pan from the oven and drizzle balsamic vinegar over the chicken and pan juices.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then spoon the balsamic-infused pan juices over the chicken before serving.
