Easy Balsamic Glazed Salmon
Share
This is one of those recipes I keep in my back pocket for nights when I want dinner to feel thoughtful without taking all evening. Salmon cooks quickly, and a simple balsamic glaze does most of the work.
Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar simmered with a touch of local honey, Dijon, and garlic turns into a rich, glossy glaze that pairs beautifully with salmon. Finished in the pan, it lightly caramelizes and gives the fish so much flavor with very little effort.
I love serving this with roasted vegetables, rice, or a simple salad, with lemon wedges on the side to brighten everything up. It’s easy enough for a weeknight, but good enough to serve when company shows up.
Good ingredients, simple steps, and a dinner that always works.

-
2 tablespoons Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (Or your preferred olive oil.)
-
⅓ cup Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar
-
2 tablespoons Franklin Raw Honey

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon skin-side down and cook 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
During the last minute of cooking, spoon balsamic glaze over the salmon, allowing it to lightly caramelize.
Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with rosemary if desired, and serve with lemon wedges.
