Ingredients

2 tablespoons Garlic, Tuscan Herb, or Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, heat flavored olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and carrots until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Slowly add chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
- Add chicken, peas, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Spoon filling into individual ramekins or a baking dish.
- Top with pie crust, trim edges, and brush with egg wash.
- Cut small slits in the crust for steam.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.
