Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water (or milk for creamier oats)
- Pinch of salt

1 tbsp Roasted Walnut Oil

1–2 tbsp Vermont Maple Balsamic
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Directions
- In a saucepan, bring water (or milk) and a pinch of salt to a boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in Roasted Walnut Oil. Divide oatmeal into bowls.
